Three Ingredients Cookies

Heyyy guys so i have decided to dedicate Sundays/ Weekend for a Special Food post. Since I love eating food, This seemed kinda predictable from me 😀

Okay, So today we are offf with Mr.chef to make Yummyyyy Cookies. Even if you are a beginner  you’ll pass making them with an A!

The Ingredients !

  • 1 cup Oats.
  • 1 Banana
  • Chocolate chips/ nuts/raisins/ M&M/ Sprinkles ….. the list goes on

Note from option 3 you can add anything, get creative Peeps!

Procedure

Mash the banana and add the oats to it and Knit the whole thing with your fingers, like you would for making chapatis 😀 after it is well knit add in raisins/Almonds/Hazelnuts/ Chocolate chips anything that you would like to add on.

I added  dried berries on the top, to add that extra kick 😀 [would that be gluttony ? Nope! Lol

Take your oven plate and line it with a foil/ wax paper and grease it up! make small balls out of the dough and shape them like cookies! [wait they aren’t ready yet! :P]

Pop these babies in the oven and bake on 350 F  for 10-15 mins.  Let them out onceyour oven tings!!
and let them cool.

The Second Recipe is :

Strawberry Punch Cookies: As the name suggests we will be using strawberries to berry this up.

You’ll need:

  • Ripe Bananas
  • Dried Strawberries
  • Raisins
  • 1 cup Oats

Mash the banana well and make sure you pic ripe bananas for these recipes since the riper the banana the sweeter your cookies will turn out to be. Mix the oats and banana well add the strawberries and raisins or chocolate chips to this mixture. You could totally skip them both if they aren’t your thing. I just love this added sweetness. Pop them in the oven at 350F for 10 – 15 mins. Keep an eye on the cookies because you don’t want to burn them. The cookies turned out to be chewy kinds and store well in an airtight container in the fridge.

There are quiet a few variations you can use in this recipe. If you don’t like strawberries you could skip it and make peanut butter cookies instead. Just add 4-5 tbsp of peanut butter instead of the strawberries and use roasted nuts for added texture. I love adding roasted cashew nuts, For I just love them!

P.s sorry for not having much pics ate them before clicking the pictures [oooops! gluttony *sigh]

There ya go healthy, cheap, easy, tasty cookies just for YOU!

got any recipe feel free to share 🙂
