1] Eat something within the 10-15 mins of waking up.

2] Eat every two hours.

3] Eat more when you’re active and less when you’re not.

4] Finish your last meal at least 2 hrs prior to sleeping.

1] Eat something within the 10-15 mins of waking up: No, Eating something doesn’t include your morning caffeine fix or ‘chai’. These stimulants will increase the blood pressure, Heart Rate, Breathing Rate. Instead, eat something that’s healthy and filling. This balances your blood sugar, increases energy levels and increases the metabolic rate. 

2] Eat every two hours: Eat something that’s healthy every two hours and make these meals small. This minimizes your chances of binge eating and helps your body utilize the eaten food better.

3] Eat more when you’re active and less when you’re not: Body’s requirement changes according to the activity and time of the day. Eating more food when you’re more active will make your body an efficient calorie burner, It’ll also increase your metabolic rate. Making you energetic and ensuring you lose weight.

4] Finish your last meal at least 2 hrs prior to sleeping: Eat less post sunset and as your activities wind down. Doing this makes sure that your food is digested before your bed time. Let you sleep a fulfilling, sound sleep.
