Heyy-llloo beautiful people! I hope you guys are doing great..Inglot has been around in India for a good time now. Surprisingly I didn’t get my hands on them – Until this year! As with all brands, Their products have mixed reviews. There seems to be a love hate relationship with them. I really wanted to try out some of their products. So, On one of my last trips to the mall I picked these products from them and this is what I have to say…
Products I picked:
- Inglot Amc Pure Pigment Eye Shadow – 78
- Inglot Freedom System Brow Powder -569
- Inglot Undereye Concealer -91
- Inglot Pressing Powder – 23
Inglot Amc Pure Pigment Eye Shadow 78: Comes in a sturdy round pot and is travel friendly. The only thing that gave me a hiccup is the fact that it can get quiet messy. For those of you who haven’t used a pigment before. Well, It surely is nothing like the eye shadows you are use to. Pigments are intense, can get messy and all over the place [Much like your first date]. One needs to be very careful when opening the jar or you’ll end up spilling most of it. As for this pigment – It is beautiful!! According to Inglot, This contains sponge gourd oil and almost 90% pure pigment. I love how intense and amazing this is. The shade is a gorgeous bronze/gold mix. Love this stuff!
Inglot Freedom System Brow Powder 569: Comes in a square pan; No protection what so ever. So, Either you can store this in a freedom pallet or like I did, Leave it in the box that it came in with the plastic lid. Though I wouldn’t recommend travelling this way. The brow powder is well pigmented, has a smooth texture and stays for 6+ hours. It is easy to use and fill in sparse brows.
Inglot Undereye Concealer 91: Comes in a tube packaging. It is easy to travel with; It fits in a makeup bag easily. The concealer is Lightweight, Liquid consistency, Medium to Full coverage, Doesn’t Dry the skin or settle in fine lines. Too good to be true right? Well, Here are some cons I found with this: Uneven application, Be careful when you reapply or want to layer this; It could turn into a bit of a mess. I don’t recommend using your fingers to apply this. Use a beauty blender or damp make up brush.
Inglot Pressing Powder 23 : Comes in a round pan. It is a mix of three shades white, dark brown, and a light brown. I was told by the SA that this is excellent for setting concealer, Or to keep shine at bay. I did like this for keeping the shine at bay. It has a soft, creamy texture, gives natural finish. It applies evenly and works well for setting. For oily skin you might need to reapply this often.
