Price: 50g/325 RS.

Claims: L’Oreal Paris Age 20+ Skin Perfect Range comprises of a day cream along with cleansing foam. Combined with Perlite and Salicylic Acid it helps keep oiliness, pimples and blemishes at bay through your twenties while giving you that perfect clear skin glow

My Experience: The product comes in a sturdy yet breakable glass jar packaging. It is not hygienic/ Travel Friendly. The Texture of the product is creamy, it’s not runny or gel like. The cream has mild fruity scent , which doesn’t linger for too long and fades away. It gets absorbed easily into the skin and doesn’t feel heavy. It doesn’t leave any white cast behind. This cream didn’t clog my pores nor did it make my skin oily. It could be better in terms of hydration since during the colder months I felt the need of extra hydration. Hopefully this would be sufficient in spring/summer. I felt the need to blot after about  4-5 hours of wearing it in the day. The cream didn’t help me much with the breakouts I already had, but I did see decreased occurrence. It brightens the skin tone, I am yet to see a visible difference in marks/blemishes.  My skin seems to be liking this one.

Rating: 3.8/5

Recommendation: If you are looking for a cream which targets specific age group problems and works towards acne and even toned skin you should check this out. It absorbs easily, has UV filters, doesn’t clog pores. It requires blotting depending on your skin type. It could do better in terms of hydration.

PR sample though the review is honest.

My Take on the Product:

The Product comes in sturdy rose gold packaging. It looks very classy and is slightly expensive. It has a small angled brush which is quite soft and workable with and  a mirror as well.

The range majorly focuses on adding a healthy glow to the skin. The blush consists of three strips of colors from the same color family. A Dark, Medium and light shade in which the lightest has the least color pay off but the most shimmer.

The shimmer is finely milled and adds healthy glow on over all application. It doesn’t clog pores nor enhances them. It bounces off light and makes the skin look healthy.

The Texture of the blush is quite soft, velvety. One has to be careful while applying since it kind of scrapes off if not used light handed.

Sunset Glow is a golden peach shade, works well with many skin tones. Although requires more product when used on deeper tones. This can be worn both day and night, and for any occasion. It stayed on me for 5+ hours.

  • Sturdy Packaging.
  • Soft, velvet Texture.
  • Doesn’t settle in pores.
  • Would suit most skin tones.
  • Can be worn for any occasion.

Cons:

  • Slightly Expensive.
  • Needs layering on deeper skin tones.

My Experience –

The foundation is packed in a sturdy, sleek glass bottle. It doesn’t come with a dispenser.

It isn’t travel friendly and one has to be careful when using the foundation to avoid dispensing too much of foundation. There are six shades to choose from, so you can match the one closest to yours. Suitable for Indian skin tones.

The texture is runny, it blends like a dream and gives a satin matte finish. It is best used with fingers. It absorbs pretty quick.

The coverage is light, build-able to medium, it doesn’t cover scars, spots. It gives a very natural finish, and feels like second skin. It has spf 18 in it. The foundation doesn’t cause any white cast in flash photography.

It is good for daily makeup, office, college… this is ideal for people who are looking for a natural finish foundation. Although people who want a full coverage, can skip this.

Cons: The packaging could have been better. It is not travel friendly and at times causes too much of product wastage.

L’oreal Shine Caresse: Juliette Review

Heyyyllloooo beautiful mates! I’ve recently been using this particular lip color ALOT.
 So, Here’s me reviewing it!
L’Oreal Paris claims– “The next generation lip colour, that combines the texture & shine of a gloss with the long wear of a stain. Delivering a lasting colour with a subtle glossy shine.
The unique formula comprised of 30% water and 60% oil provides an exceptionally high level of moisture, allowing for 6hr hydration.
Concentrated soluble colour pigments create a subtle wet look with a weightless feeling on lips.”

Applicator: The applicator is very convenient to use. It takes out enough amount of product, hence there is no product wastage. It is very easy to apply and is soft for application.

Packaging: It comes in a sturdy golden tube. The packaging is simply breath taking, it is very pretty and looks so expensive. I am absolutely in love with the tube it comes in.  [Good Job l’oreal :P]

Price: 499 rs.

Swatch:
Pigmentation: The shade “Juliette” is a very pretty  Corally-red. It stays for a good 4-5 hours and doesn’t transfer. It also fades away staining the lips a pretty reddish color. It is not very pigmented, It might not provide a full coverage to colored lips. And at times needs a coat or two for the color to pop.
Texture: The texture is light and thin. It is not thick / sticky. It applies smoothly and doesn’t flake or become patchy. It fades evenly leaving a pretty reddish stain on the lips, which doesn’t look tacky or weird. It also doesn’t dry out the lips.
My Experience:

I am not a lip gloss person. I dont really like wearing anything sticky on my lips its just too much of a hassle for me. I am very particular about what I apply on my lips. When this product was launched I was a lil worried about how this might feel and all that jazz. BUT I am pleasantly surprised because this is indeed not like your usual sticky glosses. It feels light on the lips and  it also works as a lip stain.
The shade I bought was Juliette, it is a very pretty corally-red. It works beautifully for almost all the skin tones. I love this shade. Though in my case I didn’t really like the initial smell of the lip color when you apply it But later on it settles and doesn’t linger. This lip color is very moisturizing and did not dry out my lips, which I think is AWESOME! ^_^ all in all its a every penny worth buy!
Pros:
Very Pretty Shade.
Suitable for almost all skin tones.
Doesn’t dry out lips.
It is affordable 6ml/499 rs.
Easily available.
Non-Transferable.
Fades evenly, leaving lips slightly stained.
Glossy finish.
It is not thick/heavy like many other lip glosses.
Cons:
Smells a little wired when applied, fades out eventually.
Ratings: 4.5/5
Recommendation:  This is a great lip color/gloss for people who don’t use lip glosses often. It is light, easy to wear, hydrating lip gloss, Works as a pretty stain also. The packaging is breath taking. These are Budget friendly. There are 7 pretty shades to choose from. Highly Recommended!
Have you tried the L’oreal Shine Caresse range yet??
What’s your take???
