I know probably your mind is already racing and guessing the questions.. But take a moment to relax and read them open minded.. Also

1] If it comes from a farm it’s probably good for you; if it comes from a factory it probably isn’t.

2] Does it rot? If it doesn’t, it’s unlikely that it’ll any good for you. Natural foods decompose after a period of time… The ones that last ultra long  are the ones that’ll get you in trouble. 

3] Does it have a brand? If so, This also unlikely to be good for you. With all the chemicals and unrecognizable ingredients is not nutritious and it isn’t any good for you.

 
4] Would your great/grandmother have recognized it as food? if no.. Rethink your choices. 

These questions might seem simple but the answers to these might mean giving up most of the foods from your diet. But, If you can’t quit the nutella/lays.. Remember to have everything in moderation and step by step improve your eating habits. No pressure has ever helped achieve success.
