We all have seen the drool worthy bodies that the action film actresses flaunt! One such latest actress is Rebecca Ferguson(31), The Swedish actress who is playing the lead role in Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation.

Diet

She ate  specially-made food which was provided on set, it was very well organized and  based upon the scenes that were coming up. So  intense fighting sequences =lots of  good carbs.  Everything made was organic,  green and local. The diet included a lot of chia pudding, Fish, Coconut: coconut flakes, butter and  oil. The diest excluded sugar and dairy. She has replaced her dairy with almond milk.

Workout:

She worked out six hours a day, six days a week. Which included a lot of sprinting, alot of  regular training, and the choreography sessions for special scenes.

Her lifestyle has changed alot since the movie she has excluded dairy out of her diet and has added alot more of fish. She stays active everyday and believes that fitness truly comes from take care of what you feed your body with.

The actress is surely flaunting a much more toned physique and is looking sexier !!
