My Take on the Product:

The Product comes in sturdy rose gold packaging. It looks very classy and is slightly expensive. It has a small angled brush which is quite soft and workable with and  a mirror as well.

The range majorly focuses on adding a healthy glow to the skin. The blush consists of three strips of colors from the same color family. A Dark, Medium and light shade in which the lightest has the least color pay off but the most shimmer.

The shimmer is finely milled and adds healthy glow on over all application. It doesn’t clog pores nor enhances them. It bounces off light and makes the skin look healthy.

The Texture of the blush is quite soft, velvety. One has to be careful while applying since it kind of scrapes off if not used light handed.

Sunset Glow is a golden peach shade, works well with many skin tones. Although requires more product when used on deeper tones. This can be worn both day and night, and for any occasion. It stayed on me for 5+ hours.

Winter silver smokey eyes [Hooded eyes]

Heyyylloooo my beautiful people!! A very Happy new year to you guys……!! I wish all the sparkly, sweet, fun, cute, amazingg things for all of you! Thank YOU for joining me, Love you all!!
Today for the New year I decided to do a very winter-y kinda look, I went with a silver-bronze smokey eyes. I find silver to be gorgeous for winters so I went ahead and experimented with it…. 😀
Just being the crazy me 😉 😛

Excuse the hair I was too excited ^__^ 2014!!! 😉

Close up!
I zoomed in to kinda show what I did to achieve this look, I have hooded eyes.. So accordingly I filled in my eye lids,
Firstly I applied a nude base color, matching my skin. Then I applied the Silver eye shadow, focusing on the inner corners and center of the lid.

Then I applied the bronze on the outer corners. Now since I have hooded eyes I made sure that the darker eye shadow is blended properly and winged out [ blend it properly, leaving no harsh line]

Finish off the look by applying eye shadow on the bottom lash line…

Don’t forget the eyeliner and Mascara.

Voila! you’re done ^___^

For the rest of my face, I used a Peach cream blush to add that extra freshness and bronzer to enhance my cheeeeky bones 😉 for my lips I used a Nude shade lipstick ^_^

I hope you enjoyed the look …
Take care
P.S How was your new year’s day and eve?? 😀 What all did you guys do?? I baked! although not perfect.. but hey! I tried 😉

😛

Review: Faces glam on cream blush peach glow

Heyyyylllloooo my beautiful people! Today I am reviewing my newly bought cream blush from faces ^_^ I ve  used a lot of powder blushes and  was really excited to try this one out!  I am obsessed with lipsticks and blushes, no matter how many I have I get myself yet another one of them! #addictionproblems. On to the review……

The Company claims: Long lasting color stays all day long.  Compliments all skin tones.

My Take:

Packaging: It comes in a sleek packaging, its a  teeny- tiny blush. Its kinda cute, But this might disappoint people who prefer larger  packaging. The mirror is too small. But it is travel friendly!

Color: The color is a gorgeous peach, It goes very well on fair tones as well as dusky tones. It doesn’t look too over board. The blush gives a sparkling glow, since it has golden shimmer. Adding a healthy glow to the skin.
Staying power: The claim of “all day long” is too much to stay true. It lasts a good 3-4 hrs and using a good base / primer  can prolong its stay.

Shades: Rose quartz, Hint of pink, Pinked Mauve and Peach glow

Price: 449 rs.
Quantity: 3.5 g
Product:  Faces Glam on Sun kissed.
Pros:
Pretty color!
Didn’t break me out.
Gives a healthy sun kissed look.
Doesn’t feel sticky.
Suits combination, dry, normal skin.
Travel friendly.
A pretty shade for winter!
Cons:
Limited shades only 4 are available.
Might not be very satisfactory on oily skin.
Advice:
This is a very pretty shade, If you like a healthy glow-y kinda blush go ahead and try it! It does have shimmer to it, but it doesn’t look like disco ball. So that’s a yay!
This made my sisters skin oily [ she has oily / combination skin type] so make sure you check that out.
Rating:
4.5/5
With the Blush on:

I tried really hard to get the true color of the blush, this is what it looks like in natural light.

I hope this helped, which is your favorite Blush?
Do you like crème Blushes or Powder ones?
